Kristen Paigo

CEL DIRECTOR
Kristen is excited to join the CEL team! She has worked in education for nearly 20 years, and most recently spent 10 years teaching and leading at a Glens Falls area preschool. She holds a Master's degree in Art Education. She works hard to build and maintain community amongst the families, staff, and most importantly the students of preschool. She loves coming to preschool and seeing the student's smiling faces and knowing they feel part of the CEL family! Kristen lives in Queensbury with her husband, three children, and two busy dogs. In her free time she loves walks in the woods, yoga, reading, and a good cup of tea.

Sue Manna

CEL TEACHER
Sue joined CEL in September 2023. Sue has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood and has spent most of her life working with children; as a nanny, a babysitter, a mom and a preschool teacher. Sue has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. When she's not working, she is usually traveling or driving to Maine to see her grandchildren.

Kim Hunt

CEL TEACHER
Kim started at CEL in 2019 after working 10 years as a teacher and then Center Director at a daycare. She has over 25 years of experience working with children. Her love of children started with babysitting her cousins as a young teen. She took Early Childhood Education in High School and has taken a variety of classes and training hours over the years. Kim lives in Queensbury with her husband, three children and 2 dogs. She spends her time outside of school reading, taking walks with her dogs, and crafting.

Connie Meehan

CEL TEACHER
Connie has returned to CEL this fall. She was previously a CEL teacher from 2011-2014 before working as a Nanny for the past 9 years. She has experience working with young children in different capacities for the past 25 years. Outside the classroom Connie enjoys reading, spending time at the beach with her family and visiting her two grown children in Buffalo and Boston. She lives in Glens Falls with her husband and two dogs.

Ani Schumaker

CEL TEACHER
Ani was born and raised in Michigan, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. Before joining the CEL team, she taught first grade and worked at (g)row for kids, where she developed a passion for nurturing children’s curiosity and confidence. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading and baking, as well as exploring outside with her husband, toddler, and dog. She is thrilled to be part of a community that celebrates creativity, diversity, and connection.

Tricia Muscato

CEL TEACHER
Tricia holds her B.A in Interdisciplinary Arts for Children and Childhood Inclusive Education as well as a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. She holds NYS teacher certification Birth-6th in General and Special Education. Tricia has worked over ten years in early childhood. She also previously worked in Disney World and her Disney love is still strong. She enjoys bringing
that magical energy to the classroom. Outside of the classroom, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys and dogs.
